Furniture Consignment

If you’re interested in consigning furniture pieces please email photos of your items lulusconsignmentboutique@gmail.com OR fill out the form below for pre-approval (final approval will always be made in person) and to set up a drop off time/date.

Please include your name, your phone number, and descriptions of the items you wish to consign.

Scheduling for furniture deliveries/pickups will only be done during business hours.

We offer furniture pick up within 30 minute driving distance from store location (starting at $50) with PRIOR approval, you’re also welcome to drop pre-approved furniture by appointment through email. We do not guarantee how quickly your items will be on the sales floor after our pick up, this varies depending on our space and customer demands for certain things. LuLu’s reserves the right to put items into storage if we have similar items already on the sales floor. This is in the best interest of the consignor to allow each item less competition in their 60 day selling period.

In general we need a minimum of 10 days notice to schedule the pick up.

Furniture must be sales floor ready. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee or reject accepting items if items arrive not sales floor ready.

For safety reasons our furniture team will not remove shoes or wear shoe covers during appointments.

What merchandise will be accepted and how it will be priced is determined at our sole discretion.

Furniture items that are priced above $100, you will receive 50% of the selling price.

    • Your 60 day consignment period starts when your item goes on the floor. Not when it is picked up.

    • Start and expiration dates of your items are always provided on your online profile.

    • Any extension request must be received or made prior to a week of expiration.

  • In order to price furniture we gather all the original information you have, inspect the pieces in person, do necessary research, and we price according to current customer demands, market trends, condition, and brand. Typically customers are willing to pay about 50% or less for a used furniture item. 

    For our high end or trendy items that sell well, we do not offer a markdown for customers other than our typical 10% military discount. Although it is completely up to our discretion to alter pricing or have special sales to move items.

    BY LEAVING YOUR ITEMS FOR CONSIGNMENT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE BELOW TERMS:

    You will receive 40% of the selling price of your items. For items priced above $100 you will receive 50%. The selling price can be reduced by us at any time. Your items have 60 days to sell. This starts the day we price your item and we reserve the right to put items on sale at any time per our discretion. 

    Furniture and decor items have a minimum of a 60 day commitment that starts when your items are priced on our sales floor. If you request to pick up your item before this time frame expires you must pay a breach of contract fee of 20% of the item’s selling price.

    If your item is on our sales floor it can only be sold through LuLu’s Consignment, and must be removed from online sales platforms.

    Furniture items picked up or dropped off at LuLu’s Consignment must be sales floor ready. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee toward items deemed not sales floor ready. 

    To claim UNSOLD items at the 60 day expiration you must reach out to our customer service team by emailing lulusconsignmentboutique@gmail.com

    IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS BEFORE YOUR 60 DAY END DATE THEY WILL CONVERT TO THE PROPERTY OF LULU’S CONSIGNMENT. However, if you would like to lower the price and extend another 60 days we are open to doing that but you must contact us prior to your end date. We do our best to safeguard your items but cannot be responsible for customer damage or theft. A small buyer's fee is added to your items to cover our processing expense, this fee is paid by the buyer, not you, the consignor. 

    Stop at any time we are open to collect money owed to you on your account or request a check ($1 fee) via phone or email.

    You will receive an email invite from app@consignoraccess.com to create your online account. By creating an account you have agreed to our contract terms. Please add your address and phone number to your account.
